10 minutes of Meditation, clear the mind & find a little piece within.
Come and untangle those knotted bodies and stressed minds, take a little time for YOU. Our outer world is a reflection of what lies within us and if we can create a sense of mindfulness and calmness from within we can deal with things better on the outside Meditation can help with the following; - Improves sleep quality - Helps clear the mind - Reduces stress & anxiety - Improves focus - Increases productivity This class is for all levels; beginners & experienced practitioners everyone is welcome. We have stared with 10 minutes so that we can build the sessions gradually week by week. The FREE session period will last till the end of June 2022
We ask that you please give us a minimum of 12* hours notice, if you need to cancel your class with us. - If you cancel your class before the 12 hours, we will refund you in full. *Please understand that most companies have 24 / 48 hours notice period in place. We understand that unfortunate situations can occur that are out of your control and will be as understanding as we can to accommodate you.
