Come and untangle those knotted shoulders and stressed minds, take a little time for YOU. Our outer world is a reflection of what lies within us and if we can create a sense of mindfulness and calmness from within we can deal with things better on the outside Because this is so effective I offer 15 minutes of breathing techneques. We shall explore a variety and how they can benefit you Some of the popular breathing techneques you may have heard of 1. Three-Part Breath (Dirga) 2. Skull-shining breath (Kapalabhati) 3. Alternate nostril breathing (Nadi shodhana) 4. The cooling breath (Sheetali) 5. Ocean breath (Ujjayi) 6. Humming Bee Breath (Bhramari) Pranayama (breathing techniques) can help with the following; - Improves sleep quality - Helps clear the mind - Reduces high blood pressure - Decreases Stress & Anxiety - Improves focus - Improves lung function This class is for all levels; beginners & experienced practitioners everyone is welcome. We have stared with 15 minutes as that's all that is needed! The FREE session period will be a an initial 3 months running from February to April
